With a capacity for up to 7 people, this apartment features three well-distributed bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a single bed. In addition, the living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, offering flexibility for families or groups.

The bright living room with an exterior balcony is the perfect place to relax after a day of work or study, with a Smart TV ideal for enjoying your favorite series or movies. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and all the necessary cookware and utensils to prepare your meals during your stay.

The apartment includes a full bathroom with a shower, and bed linen, towels, toiletries, and a basic cleaning kit are provided. It also features air conditioning and heating to ensure your comfort throughout the year.

These establishments are currently very well regulated and do not cause any kind of disturbance. However, if you pay attention, it is still common to see people working as prostitutes on the street. Although this is becoming less frequent, these businesses still exist in several buildings along the street. The brothels operate only during daylight hours, and there is a police station on the same street, so safety in the heart of Madrid is more than guaranteed. We like to inform our tenants about this because there is one of these establishments in our building. We assure you that it does not cause any inconvenience or issues, but you may see some women at the entrance or along the street. We prefer to be transparent in case this might be a concern for you.

Property is located below a brothel with women escorting men up and down the stairs well into the night. Men pushing past my daughter and me as they scurried down the stairs. A few of the women even approached my elderly father and teenage son, which made for a very awkward situation. Wouldn’t stay here again.

En el exterior es ruidoso, sucio y poco seguro!

El apartamento está renovado y bastante limpio ADENTRO. La puerta al exterior no la cierran y está expuesta a que cualquiera entre. La entrada al edificio es sucia y no tiene portal ni seguridad. Suben y bajan persona por la escaleras en la noche y es sumamente ruidoso, al final cualquiera puede entrar. La calle no es amigable para familias. Tristemente se aunó al Pride Festival y la situación de ruido fue intolerable. Los administradores acordaron acortar nuestra estadía y nos mudamos a otro lugar. El encargado de recibirnos fue realmente amable y nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo. Pero JAMAS me quedaría en este lugar de nuevo!

Temas menores: pequeños electrodomésticos no funcionan (tostadora) y faltaban algunos utensilios y menaje de uso práctico (tijeras, gel) En cuanto a la limpieza muy bien, la distribución es atípica pero cumple sus funciones. Y con más importancia el salón que tiene efectos de habitación es bastante ruidoso debido al ambiente de la calle que sería otro inconveniente si vas con menores puesto que en el mismo edificio es lugar de trabajo del oficio más antiguo, esto supone un entorno un poco incomodo y subidas y bajadas (ruido en las escaleras) en cualquier horario. En nuestro caso incluso nos llamaron al portero en más de una ocasión a horas nocturnas.

Clean apartment with challenging disturbances

We stayed in the apartment for four nights and really appreciated how clean and well-maintained it was. The layout was perfect for our group, with just the right number of bedrooms for everyone to feel comfortable. Although the coffee machine wasn’t working initially, the host was very kind and responsive, offering to come by and fix it, which we really appreciated.The apartment is centrally located and within walking distance of many popular attractions, which was a big plus. However, we found the immediate surroundings of the building to be less than ideal. There was frequent street activity late into the night, including noise from individuals entering the building and disturbances from nearby cafés using the backyard area to sort bottles after midnight. This made it difficult for us to get a good night’s sleep.Overall, the apartment itself was great and the host was friendly and helpful, but we feel it's important for future guests to be aware of the potential for nighttime noise in the area.
