The apartment was awesome for a short stay! Its located 3 mins walking from Gran Via Shopping. Puerta del Sol was 5 mins walking. I definitely recommend the apartment

This property is in a great location and is very clean and spacious. It’s complicated if you are traveling with little kids to get in an out with a stroller since the elevator is extremely small.

The location is perfect, close to everything - shopping, eating, transport. It looks very clean at first sight but if you look closer there are cigarette burns on the sofa, the carpets are rolled up at the edges and there are shaving residue in the sink. The property is extremely noisy from the street and the neighbors and the main ventilation that starts and stops in intervalls will keep you up at night (even with ear plugs). Note also that this is Airbnb so there is no place to put bags if you come early. Somewhat complicated check-in as well. We had an ok stay but we will not come back.

Great location, instructions for access were clear. Kitchen was equipped for cooking, but lacked dish soap, dish washing liquid, and paper towels. No extra garbage bags. Limited toilet paper, no hand soap. Poor WiFi coverage.

The property was well located and check-in service was smooth with a very responsive owner. However, the walls were dirty and all teared up with a very humid smell. The floors were uneven and the bathroom door could not be open completely. There might have been a water leak/damage previously. Overall, the apartment did not look like the pictures posted during booking. This was only one property out of many available. We might have been unlucky! We got refunded after 1 night.
