We stayed at the top floor unit with the terrace and we had a fantastic stay. Tons of amenities such as parks and shopping within 5-10 minutes walk, restaurants and bars just steps outside of the front door. Check in was quick and easy. Perfect location for our Madrid adventure! With Plaza de España a few steps away, the playground was our kids favorite place! A short walk to the Royal Palace, Madrid Cathedral, shopping and many other sites. There’s also the free bus 001? on Gran Via to take you to the Museo del Prado and other sites. We would stay in this location and apartment again!

The apartment was exceptionally spacious and conveniently located, with easy access to Gran Via and Sol within walking distance. The appartments are in a great location in central Madrid near Plaza Espana, and are spacious but they are showing signs of wear and tear, and in need of a refresh, the floors, walls, are a bit grubby and furniture all need replacing soon. It would be a good price if it were not for this.
