Designed with an open plan, this home is a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city.

The living area has a sofa, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The double bed in the sleeping area has complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.

The kitchen includes cutlery, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine and a fridge. Plus, there is a washer available for your laundry needs.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Madrid, Spain's central capital, has elegant boulevards and expansive, manicured parks like the Buen Retiro. It's renowned for its rich repositories of European art, including the Prado Museum's works by Goya, Velázquez and other Spanish masters. The heart of old Hapsburg Madrid is the portico-lined Plaza Mayor, and nearby is the Baroque Royal Palace and Armory, which display historic weaponry.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Plaza de España, is just a 4-minute walk.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is an 25-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
