Clean rooms, nice staff, however the rooms are very tiny, nowhere to put bags. The toilet has no vintilation, and the door doesn't really close. The sink is in the room not too far from the bed. Very inconvenient. I will never understand the trend that the hotels follow by building bathrooms lacking any kind of privacy.

Once my boyfriend and I walked in to check into our room, the front desk were very friendly and greeted us once we walked up. Room was very cozy and clean. Breakfast being an option to get was helpful when we woke up late to get some coffee and a bite was very helpful. A rooftop bar with food, was very good. Their burgers were phenomenal! I will definitely be coming back to Hard Rock Hotel Madrid !!
