Rooms were clean and check in was smooth. Close to the Atocha. So many ppl recommended the breakfast but I would pass on it. There are so many more better brunch and breakfast spots close by.

The room was maintained clean,amenities great,you don't need a converter to charge your cell phone,which is a great feature.Staff helpful and accommodating.Hotel is conveniently located,very close to Madrid Atocha train station,some local attractions and plenty of restaurants nearby if you don't want to eat in their reataurant.

Staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel is in a very good position for some museums & attractions, only downside is not really any drinking options nearby but the hotel has a bar so it’s not a major issue. Very clean, everything you need in the room & breakfast was plentiful & tasty.

This is my go to hotel whenever I’m in Madrid, it never disappoints. Monica, Samuel, Destiny, Pablo, Julia, and Juan (and the rest of the team, sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names) consistently go above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Also, the shows are really great. There’s entertainment every time, live bands and new talents too. Shoutout to Ana Camila & Destiny, and Soul Drivers for a fantastic performance as always. I highly recommend this hotel!
