Nice and clean room, perfect for me and my boyfriend. The staff were all very kind and helpful. We had an early flight and our room wasnt ready yet so we were able to leave our bags at the hotel and go out to explore a bit. After we came back, we got our key and were told that our bags were waiting for us in our room! We really appreciated that small gesture especially since we’ve stayed at other 4 star/more expensive hotels before where the staff didn’t do this for us. We would happily come back here the next time we visit Madrid.

Beautiful room, loved the shower, and the staff were all very helpful. The location was perfect as it is close to everything but in a quiet square. The only thing I did not like was the hair dryer. Somehow it was difficult for me to keep pressing the power button while drying my hair so it kept shutting off.

We arrived late and check-in was easy. The rooms were tight but very clean and extremely quiet. The location was surprisingly convenient and easy to get to our destinations. We did not try the breakfast buffet but did enjoy drinks in the lounge in the evening. I got a kick out of the antique elevator and used almost every time!

Friendly and attentive staff, able to help with any needs like taxi, iron, etc, Nice looking facilities and great location. Restaurant options at hotel were a bit confusing so we do not have a review for dining there.
