Marta and Javier were absolutely amazing. Their customer service went above and beyond!! They treated our 8-year-old son with so much care and love, and they truly made the difference in our stay. The place is small, but very clean and comfortable, and we still had an amazing experience. The location is perfect, and the hospitality was exceptional. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend!

Hotel is perfect for a stay in Madrid. Close to metro (Sol) and within walking distance of most attractions. Plenty of shopping/restaurants close and staff are lovely. Rooms are clean and modern. Would recommend this hotel 100%.

The hotel has an outstanding location for tourism, as it is in the heart of probably the busiest pedestrian square in Madrid. Also, there is a metro stop within literally 50-60 meters of the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was slightly small, but very comfortable.

There was construction on some floors of the hotel making it a bit dusty and noisy during the day. You can hear movements from the floors above but it did not interrupt our sleep. The bed was comfortable although the room temperature was difficult to control. This hotel is in a perfect location and all the major attractions and great shopping is within walking distance. Staff were professional and friendly.
