Check in: not very friendly. Rude front desk service. Called about our rooms and the agent couldn’t understand what we asked and rudely hung up the phone. I booked 3 rooms and would have expected better assistance. All 3 rooms were different. One room was upgraded but the other 2 were standard and one was much smaller/less spacious. Decorative pillows look cheap and poor quality. No toiletries. Nothing inside the fridge. Bathroom was not cleaned well. There was a ball of hair in the shower. Breakfast: chaotic, rushed, got up from table to grab coffee and my table was immediately cleaned up with food and juice still at table. Felt like we were in a cruise ship. Not at all what we expected for a 4 star hotel. Seems like this hotel is more focused on the rooftop experience than the client experience. Will not be staying there again and will not recommend it.

We love everything about the property except for the treatment we received, particularly at breakfast. Some of the waitresses were extremely rude, and I can provide names if needed. Customer service experience is essential in this line of work. It's important to show empathy towards customers! Overall, it was a really bad experience.

It really depends on your expectations, but for me, this hotel felt impersonal. The staff aren’t rude, but they make you feel like just another number, especially at the rooftop, where it's overcrowded and you’re mostly ignored. The included breakfast is average and also packed. If you're looking for a more enjoyable stay in Madrid, I’d suggest a boutique hotel instead. This one is too busy, and the customer service lacks any real attention. I wouldn’t recommend it.
