The unit was clean and had all the conveniences we needed. The communication with rental was terrible, I emailed them 3-4 different times to the addresses listed during and after the rental. I rented on VRBO but another company handled the booking and possibly a third company manages it locally. No one responded. I tried to change my rental dates before the deadline to change it and no one responded so I spent a lot more than I planned and left the unit empty for days without recourse.
