Too long line to check in. I stayed more than hour (maybe more) in line just to check in. The number of arriving people is big, but reception capacity is low. Only two people served maybe a hundred guests including one who served only a kind of priority guests. I wouldn't return to the place, although the rooms are clean and nice.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was that when I arrived at the airport and need their shuttle service, they didn’t answer the phone. I had to pay an uber to get there and when I arrived to the hotel at around 11pm, there was a very long line to check in. Anytime I went to the lobby, it was very full of people trying to check in and usually only 1 worker helping. On my way to the airport after checking out, there was a chartered bus giving us a ride, there was about 50 people riding it. So, the airport transport back, was great!

Staff not helpful and not friendly. Uber 30min to check in. I booked because airport shuttle but upon arrival no one’s answers the phone and for departure over an hour wait after the time they said it will depart. I regret booking there and they shouldn’t advertise airport shuttle if they can’t deliver on that..

We asked about shuttle service at check-in and were assured it would be available. Though we arrived at the spot five minutes early no one appeared; turned out they'd already left. Other people ended up renting Ubers. We waited it out after being told a number of times that they were coming. They finally did, after almost an hour; no good if you have a plane to catch!

La habitación estaba sucia baños, cuarto, piso, paredes rayadas, olor extraño lo único que funcionaba fue el aire. No guardan tus maletas tienen un locker que cuesta 10€ y no entra la maleta, de lo contrario son 35€ por entrar antes estamos hablando de 1pm por que check-in es a las 4pm. Desayuno no lo quise probar por la mala experiencia del resto. Otra cosa el shuttle para el aeropuerto solo funciona cada 4 horas, el primero de la mañana 7:30am y sigue el de las 11:30am.

El hotel está bien y la ubicación, el único problema que tuve fue que dice que incluye transporte del aeropuerto y que uno se debe contactar para coordinar. Trate desde que hice la reservación contactarlos para coordinar el recogido y nunca me contestaron. Solo pude utilizar el de ir al aeropuerto

Terrible experience! I booked the room to have a good night sleep before a long flight. I tried to contact the hotel By Expedia app but they never answer my messages. I arrived late to the hotel, I have my room reserved in advanced to be able to check in easily, but the reception was very busy with other guests that they didn’t have reservations. Also I need to wait for them to change rooms keys for other guest because the key wasn’t working. Finally I arrived to my room, but I couldn’t sleep at all, mosquitos flying and making a horrible noise. I pack my bags and when to reception to check out earlier, I explain the reception but they just say sorry. I spend maybe max 3 hours in the hotel and pay full price. The hotel is rated 4stars. No tea o coffee facilities in the room.

It’s not close to the airport and the free shuttle is inconsistent and not considerate of flight times. Luckily, depending on time of day uber is cheap- but can be 30 minutes to the airport driving. Four hundred meters from the airport is misleading advertisement. It may legally be that close to a corner of what’s considered airport property, but not in any meaningful way.
