The room was large, very comfortable for three adults. Cleaners were very efficient. Staff in general very kind. Position super. Only thing that could be improved is hotel bar: very small and not not particularly inviting.

Lovely hotel, can’t really fault it. Location is wonderful, very central but not loud. Breakfast was wonderful, great variety and well stocked, staff were incredibly attentive. Reception staff were also great, on arrival our room wasn’t ready and they offered to prioritise it and call us when ready, our luggage was already in the room by the time we got back. Room was lovely and clean, bed comfy and massive, the only thing that was slightly annoying is that the room and the bathroom were very warm, we could not regulate the room temperature and had to resource to opening the window, which was a bit noisy at night, the extractor fan did not work in the bathroom

We scheduled one week at this hotel and spent over $4,000. A few days after we arrived there was no hot water and we had to take cold showers. A few days later there was no wifi and we were unable to conduct business on some zoom calls. When we spoke to the front desk, they said there was nothing that could be done because we booked our room through a third party. We thought that was terrible customers service and unacceptable for hotel that charges $500 per night.
