Very nice hotel, convenient location. Check-in was fast and pleasant. The room was nice but temperature in it was high, and we couldn’t adjust. The AC or heater was making nonstop noise making it difficult to sleep.

We had a room on the 2nd floor and it was very noisy. Street noise all night (Sat/Sun). Didn’t like this. Beds were good and hotel was nice. For the price, I expected better soundproofing than a 3 star hotel.

My stay at the NH Madrid Nacional hotel was very pleasant; upon arrival our reservation was not appearing int he system but the front desk staff helped us sort this out. Overall the staff was very friendly, the breakfast buffet was very varied and enjoyable and the area is very close to a subway station, the Atocha station and the Royal Gardens, which makes it very convenient. There are also a variety of museum close by. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would highly recommend this hotel.
