The hotel is in a great central location, it was very clean, breakfast was one of the best I've had, the bar choices where really good, the room size was not bad considering is in the hart of Madrid even though we can hear the people talking out on the street. We liked the rooftop pool area, is small but perfecto for sunsets and wine.
The only bad experience was a lady in the food service that mistreated my wife. personel like her should not be allowed in a position to deal with customers without the proper trainings, I think her name was Desire, we also had dinner in the terrace thrusting the Michelin signs posted on the outside, ordered the seafood rice, they dont call it Paella but is pretty much a paella, it was salty and not great, it was just edible. But again the bar cocktails where the best. They just need to work on the overall customer service part.
