Beautiful boutique hotel walking distance to the Prado and Atocha station. We had a hot water issue when we checked in that was dealt with immediately, and the management (Pablo & Gaston) went above and beyond to make it up for us. I’d gladly stay here again next time I visit Madrid.

In few words this place is amazing. Excellent location, spectacular service and very close to the best places to eat in Madrid and the most iconic historic and architecture places in Madrid.
