The rooms are in no way worth th price you pay for them. The overall look is worn out, poorly cleaned and changing to another room did not help much. Pictures are also misleading. Would not recommend staying here.

Great location. Super nice helpful front desk crew. Very good breakfast and breakfast staff. Super comfy bed and pillows. Our only negative was the view. A dirty wall :(. Oh well. Would stay again in a sec and just request a room with a better view

The hotel was wonderful. The pricing was great, location, and staff as well. My room was amazing: huge corner room, wrap around balcony, a soaker tub in the middle of the room, and very clean. The enitire outter walls were made of glass making the room feel even bigger than what it was. The only complaint I could even imagine, it's more of an advisory, is it's loud throughout the night. However, that's not the hotel's fault. You're in Chueca and people are there to have fun and party. If that is not really what you are looking for then I would try another location. I was there to get down with the get down though and will be again in the future. I will definitely consider staying here again.

The Hvac in the room did not work and there was loud construction outside all night. The room was too hot and too loud. And the hotel did not do anything to Fix it.

One of, if not the most quiet city hotel I've ever stayed in. None of the usual inner city traffic, horns, street noise. Out run was near silent.
