Great stay

While the rooms are small, this is not a bad thing. We only wanted one night while we waited for a connecting train. Otherwise, the staff was outstanding! Both the evening and morning desk worker were very helpful and friendly! The hotel was very clean and room had all you need: comfy bed, big towels, soap, hot water.

I love the small room concept. I was in Madrid for one night as an individual. I needed an affordable, small, amenitized, and clean room to relax/sleep after sightseeing It was perfect. It was also very close to the train station and a close shuttle bus to the airport. Perfect

Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. In particular Anna and Candela were brilliant. Very good breakfast but be aware that you need to book a half hour slot. Get a larger room if you can as the small ones can be very small. We were compensated for a problem that they had caused by a leak. Good location near Retiro, Prado and Botanic Gardens. Take advantage of the perks for checking in online.

Location of t this property is unbeatable. There three amazing galleries around. the royal garden and the train station are right across the street. Tons of great restaurants and cafes around. The breakfast was well organized and had decent food. Definitely recommend it.
