This hotel was the perfect place to stay before catching an early flight the next morning. They made the shuttle service so easily and convenient. We had dinner at the hotel upon arrival and a coffee before hopping a shuttle to the airport. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great decision for us since we only used public transportation while in Madrid.

Arrived late and had an early flight. Decided to eat in hotel restaurant. Had hamburger with fries and it was delicious. They had Heinz ketchup too! Room was clean and quiet. Took the 5am free shuttle to the airport; it was on time and the driver was very nice. All staff in the hotel were also very nice. Highly recommend this hotel.

An excellent hotel that surpasses the standard of hotels near airports. Beautiful rooms with incredible details such as an oral hygiene kit, body lotion, and a lighting system for all occasions, among others. The restaurant offers extraordinary food. The breakfast is unbeatable in terms of quality and price. Finally, the entire hotel staff has excellent communication skills and is very friendly. I would definitely return.
