This was a wonderful experience. The staff was very kind and even allowed us to check in early, though we only came early to ask about bag storage. The bar was a great addition and the breakfast, for 10€ each, was fantastic! Highly recommended. We are a family of five with two teenagers and a 5 year old.

Clean room and towel change. The area was so so, esp the Indian neighborhood 7 mins away. if you need to go to Modern museum ( don't bother), you may need to pass that area...some streets are better. Male staff more helpful than female staff. Nice to offer 1 free bev. Hard to find English TV CHANNELS. NEED CUPS for brushing teeth.

It was a quick stay for 1 night only between my trip from Seville and Valencia but as far I could see the hostel looks nice and the staff is friendly. Good ambient and installations. Stayed in a mixed room and the bathroom and shower is much better than the other hostel I stayed in Madrid before, not far from this one. There’s a separation for people put their toiletries which I think it’s really important, as most hostels are disorganised and lack privacy unfortunately.
