Cant fault the hotel at all. The staff were great, rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Close to 2 metro stations. Was really easy to get around. Food at the hotel was really good and pool area was lovely. Literally nothing bad to say

Staff all fab and friendly. No coffee in room (all decaf), air con very poor. Pool area had no bar til 5pm which was frustrating!

Fantastic stay. Wonderful and very friendly staff, who went above and beyond with everything we needed. Incredibly delicious and varied breakfast buffet. Rooms were great if a bit dark, beds comfortable. We did get a bit hot, as the A/C was not fantastic, and it was middle of summer. Really well located, across the street from Parque del Retiro. Overall would highly recommend it.

Turned out to be a scam

In the beginning it seemed an interesting alternative idea but it turned out to be a scam . How they do it? They advertise the hotel as a 4 star hotel in the facade. This may be the case for some front rooms which happen almost always to be sold out and then they sell you something else which is located in an other building in the back of the hotel forgetting to mention that those rooms are of a different standard,the equivalent of a 2 star hotel. As a result i paid an average of 130€ per night for a 2 star hotel with its relating problems i.e poor room service, almost no internet connection ect. Where is my Hotels.com agent to protect me? I think they better contact me to find out a remedy if they still want to do business with me in the future P.S. I see now that they have made an addition which didn't existed when i made my reservation with Hotels.com trying to clear things out but they still confuse the consumer on purpose I say on purpose because if they wanted to be correct they should have put two different signs on the facade of the hotel one sawing 4 stars and another sawing 2 stars so that the consumer realises that there are two different standard hotels in there and there is a danger to get a 2 star room for the price of a 4 star one I hope my agent Hotels.com interfere on time if not I shall have to take the matter to the competent consumer protection EU authorities

We had a blast in this hotel… This is just more than a hotel I feel like home… The pool, the gym, the rooftop bar Social Hub has everything that can makes you feel happy, comfortable… This place is amazing I highly recommend it and will definitely come back… The only thing it is pricy that’s why my daughter did not book it but when she came to visit she regrets it….
