Summary:
Super spacious apartment that consists of 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, open plan kitchen and a confortable sofa/bed and a complimentary parking spot. Recently renovated and its location is extraordinary, just a short walk from Cuzco, calle Orense, Santiago Bernabéu and Nuevos Ministerios. The place is quiet and ideal to rest at night while being close to hotspots and restaurants of all kinds. Underground is just 2 minutes away - if you take it, you will get to Gran Vía or Sol in 15-20 minutes.
The Space:
This spacious apartment offers all amenities 4 guests would need to feel like home. Although it has only 1 bedroom, all rooms are quite ample so you will feel roomy and confortable during your stay. The bed in the bedroom is 1,50 meters wide while the sofa/bed's mattress is 1,35 meters wide. The open plan kitchen and the full bathroom are brand new. The apartment is equipped with A/C and heat pump both in the bedroom and the living room so you will be able to keep the apartment at a nice temperature. Additionally, thanks to the large, wide windows, the apartment enjoys from natural sunlight in the mornings. The complimentary parking spot is in the same building and is not suitable for very long cars (measures 4,41 x 2,30 meters); please check in advance with me if your car could fit.

Guests enjoy all the rooms in the apartment exclusively for them.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located very close to Tetuán underground station, right next to the Tetuán Market. The street is very quiet during the night (and the day) so nothing will bother you at night but, at the same time, is located in a very lively area with lots of restaurants, terraces, supermarkets, chemists and businesses of all kind. Very close to the famous Orense Street and the Cuzco Square, and around 15 away on foot from Santiago Bernabéu and Nuevos Ministerios.
Getting Around:
Communications are the best: Tetuán underground station is just 2 minutes away on foot. There you can take line 1, which will take you straight to Gran Vía or Puerta del Sol in 15-20 minutes going through the Cuatro Caminos, Chamberí and Universidad neighbourhoods. You can also go straight to the Atocha Station. If you need a taxi or a bus, there are many in Bravo Murillo Street (1 minutes walk from the apartment). If you're coming by car, there is a 24 hour public parking just around the corner.
Other Things to Note:
The building has got a lift but not from street level. At the lobby, you must go up 10 steps until you reach the lift, so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
