De toda nuestra estancia en Europa ha sido lo mejor, personal realmente amable, atento, cordial y servicial, Las habitaciones increíbles, nosotros nunca pedimos que hiciesen la limpieza y dejamos cosas de valor y no faltó ni una, lo cual fue una gratisima sorpresa. La movilidad increíble, media cuadra de la gran vía y cerca de todos los trenes. Vimos comentarios que lo rankeaban como hostal pero es un hotel que si me apuran sin desayuno pega las 5 estrellas
