We had a wonderful time and the staff were very helpful and bilingual. It was our second time staying there and it was just as good as the first time. It’s near everything and great shopping and restaurants.

Room was very clean, and had all the kitchen amenities we needed to make our own dinner and breakfasts. The living space was more than sufficient for us, since we were just 2 adults, plus 1 dog. The dining room table was large and the dining room chairs were very comfortable. I loved the personal products in the shower as well. Only thing that would have made the stay better, is that the TV in the living room be the one that supports logging into our favorite streaming services. We discovered only on the second day that the one in the bedroom allowed us to login to our streaming service but watching from our bed wasn't a great experience.

Fantastic place to stay!

We loved our stay here, and will definitely be back in the future! Beautiful views from the room, great location, comfortable bed, everything was just wonderful, we are so glad we got to see fall color in Quebec in this awesome town and perfect place to stay! Cannot wait to return in the spring!

The property had everything we needed including an in room washer/dryer and espresso machine. It was quiet. The front desk concierges were kind and helpful. The location is perfection. We could walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shopping, the beach, etc. We will 100% be staying there again.

Excellent séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel. Tres bien situé. Nois navions pas vue sur le lac à cause des arbres mais nous sommes ravis du standing de notre appartement.

The property exceeded our expectations in every way. A central location for touring the Eastern Townships with lots of options at night for dining. An excellent grocery store an easy 5 minute walk away. Staff were professional and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

I would like to suggest that there be more than one mirror in the 2 bedroom suite. Also another ac unit in the suite would also be helpful. There was no airflow in the bedroom that had only glass wall and no door.
