I really enjoy my stay at Selat Al Bait. The rooom smells good and clean. The check in was so easy. When it comes to the breakfast, wow they have different option to chose from. When visiting Makkah insha Allah, this hotel will be my first option.

We stayed with our 3 Kids, the staff were amazing from reception to the breakfast crew. They have 24h shuttle to the Haram. Definitely will stay there again.

From the moment you arrive, they make you feel welcome. The entrance offers you a selection of Arabic coffee, dates and small refreshments. The room, although small for a family of 4, was pretty clean. They brought enough teabags and water to get you refreshed. They were responsive to any queries, and will make up the room promptly and replace towels with fresh ones. They even stock up the bathroom with plenty of toiletries for the entire family to use. Lastly, I will also textbooks their breakfast that was fresh and had enough selection to fuel you up for the day of prayers and walking ahead.

I did an early check-in without any issue. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. Breakfast is fresh and refreshments are free all day. They have shuttle service too but you can also use a Taxi to Haram for less and it will drop you right in the Haram (Clock Tower). As compared to Voco, I recommend Selat Al Bait way better than any other 4 hotels and I will definitely stay here again inshAllah.

Everything is managed well at the property, especially the receptionist and Mr Aziz at hotel really helped a lot ,, . Only thing is shuttle drops you near the stop of Haram extension site,, so again there’s a walk of around 15 min plus to get to Gate 79

This hotel exceeded my expectations and made my first Umrah experience pleasant. property is clean, well-organized, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were responsive, courteous, and professional. The shuttle service usually aligns with prayer times, so if you plan to stay longer at Al Haram, you may need to wait more than 30 minutes for the bus. For guests with a personal car, the hotel offers a secure parking area on the ground floor, which is a big plus. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
