Great for short or long stays.

Great location with bus service across the street. Close to a shopping mall as well as supermarkets and a laundromat a few minutes away. Great breakfast buffet. This is a new hotel so there was just one detail in particular that could use improvement. It does not have a restaurant and they do offer some food choices (very limited choices) at the bar that were not that great and expensive for what was served. The portions need to be a little more hefty. Other than that, it is a wonderful hotel.

Lovely modern interior and the rooms were very efficiently designed with modern amenities. Our only complaint was that the bathrooms do not feature a bidet. Otherwise we would happily stay here again.

Great hotel and good value for money

The hotel is about 1.5km from the centre, if you dont mind the walk its perfect as other hotels were much more expensive and offered a lot less. I booked 2 rooms, one was for 2 people and the other for me. The lady checking us in couldnt have been more helpful and offered us diff bed configs and was able to offer adjoining rooms. Lots of power points and USB sockets. Proper hairdryer in room. The rooms themsleves were large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is included and had a large selection each day. The dining room was spacious also and it never felt crammed. Really lovely hotel and great value for money. Would def recommend.

I booked 4 rooms for our group of 7 travelers: 3 couples and a single for 2 nights. When we checked in, we found out that 2 of our rooms were handicap rooms. The first front desk agent we talked to said that because we booked the rooms online like Expedia that those were the rooms available and that the hotel was fully booked so we couldn't change our rooms. Another agent said that we were put in those rooms because we had requested, which was not true. Because of the lack of available rooms to change to, we just had to stay in those rooms. The handicap rooms had some problems and the biggest is that the shower water will end up outside the bathroom even after just a few minutes of shower. The elevators were "smart" elevators but we didn't like them. To visit our friends at a different floor, we will need to get to our floor with our key card then take another elevator, which may or may not work, to get to another floor. The key card often didn't work and we had to change our key card several times. All in all, a disappointing stay.

Modern hotel , ver clean, duper friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Location was perfect for us, 18 min walk to city centre so close but away from the hassle. Close to a supermarket, pharmacy, icecream parlour and caffe, stop 5 of the green line of sightseeing bus! Doesn’t get any better!
