Ce bel appartement de location Ă  Malaga est situĂ© dans le quartier artistique du SoHo au cƓur de la ville de Malaga.



Cette location saisonniÚre à Malaga a a été entiÚrement rénovée en 2016 et offre un design pratique avec un mobilier de qualité.



La propriĂ©tĂ© dispose d’une grande cuisine ouverte avec salle Ă  manger ainsi qu’un Ă©lĂ©gant salon avec tĂ©lĂ©vision et deux fauteuils confortables depuis lesquels vous pourrez profiter d'une vue sur le fleuve et sur la ville.



Cette location vacances Ă  Malaga dispose de deux chambres: une avec lit double, armoire, tĂ©lĂ©vision, accĂšs Ă  la terrasse et salle de bain privative avec douche. Les autres chambres sont composĂ©es de deux lits individuels rĂ©glables (qui peuvent ĂȘtre transformĂ©s en un lit double): ces chambres ont aussi accĂšs direct Ă  la terrasse qui dispose d’une table et de deux chaises, oĂč vous pourrez profiter de la vue et d’un verre de sangria.



Il y a une autre salle de bain avec douche, machine Ă  laver et sĂšche-linge. Afin de vous offrir l’hĂ©bergement idĂ©al pour votre escapade Ă  Malaga, cet appartement dispose de climatisation, internet Ă  haut dĂ©bit, ascenseur.

Pros: The apartment is in an ideal location close to shopping, food markets, and restaurants. It is in a very quiet secure building with amazing views of the surrounding areas. Beds were comfortable as was the living room furniture. The kitchen is well stocked with many items for food prep and cooking.Cons: We were unable to know if early check in was available until the day of arrival. This is less than ideal for an international flight arriving at 8AM. The internet router was broken and the repair was done during our stay requiring us to get up very early on two days of our 5 day stay. One of they days no one from the booking/management team came to facilitate the work. A repairman for a kitchen countertop also came very early one morning which was very inconvenient. Overall I found the booking and management personnel to be impolite and unhelpful. Although we were glad to have internet the repetitive early morning interruptions to our stay could have been avoided. The floors in the apartment were dirty and the master bathroom shower head was broken.

Das Appartment ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Lage ist einfach nur super. Der Ausblick toll. Die Service von Solaga war sehr gut, alles ging reibungslos und zĂŒgig. Der Parkplatz den sie organisiert hatten war super. Apartment was everything we could have wished for, location was as good as it can get, cleanliness was good (because we were there for 28 days we noticed a bunch of little thing), Solaga Property management were great. Fabulous 10th floor apartment

A lovely, well equipped apartment on the 10th floor which offered fantastic views thanks to 2 walls being glass. There are lifts to the apartment thankfully! The bed was very comfortable and the seating area was great allowing us to enjoy the views in comfort. The apartment is high enough to watch the birds in flight - including a marsh harrier which entertained us greatly. There is also a small balcony which can be accessed from both bedrooms and is lovely to enjoy breakfast on. There is only seating for 2 on the balcony but that didn’t worry us as we went as a couple! However there are other seats which can be taken out if there are 4 people

Just perfect

The apartment was perfect. From location, to amenities , to dealing with the listing group-Solaga, everything was wonderful. The glass windows wrap around the kitchen, living room and dining room giving you a view of the city, ocean and mountains. Everything is up to date and functioning well. Beds are very comfortable. The apartment is in easy walking distance to all downtown sites, restaurants and shopping. It is also close to the local and long distance train lines. The property was in excellent shape had great views and had everything for a great stay.Wish TV had a few more English programs but didn’t spend much time in apartments thought cleaning fees a little high as we left it immaculate but always treat rentals like out home! Beautiful modern apartment excellently located

This apartment is perfectly located. Close to everything : beaches, restaurantes, bars, supermarkets. Teresa, the property manager, was very helpful with her suggestions of where to eat. Check-in and check-out process could not be easier !!! We were 4 and enjoy a lot the place. We really had a great time.

The apartment was wonderful. The view was the best. The appliances are high end. It took us awhile to figure out how to work the stove top as it’s an induction cook top. And the drawer with tableware has a hidden drawer inside it with the silverware. Beds were comfortable, some places apparantly do not use top sheets, just fitted sheet and comforter which seemed strange to us but discovered another apartment while in Spain that also didn’t use top sheets. We absolutely loved the apartment though, would love to go back and stay again. The hosts were great at responding to our questions.

Good apartment, not so good management

Good apartment , close to the center, excellent view to the see and the port. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary. Unfortunately hot water is made by a small capacity boiler, which does not meet the needs of 4 people who come in the afternoon from the beach. So we had some cold water showers (scottish showers). And when the bottle of gas that serves the boiler is empty , the company administering the apartment expects you to be able to change it. But they sent someone to do it when we asked for it. And yet something that does not appear either in the description of the apartment on the site or in the signed contract. For the 12 nights I rented the apartment we only provided one bed linen change and only one turn of towels. When we complained that, they were told that if we want we can wash them because the apartment has a washing machine. I have never experienced such a thing with any company with which I have rented holiday apartments. Even when we rent for 5-6 days at least two shifts of towels were provided. In the apartment there are several posters with the tenants' obligations, but nowhere the administration's obligations are not written, or at least their claims have been announced from the outset. So it is a pity on the beautiful apartment to its poor administration.
