Photos are deceiving. Complained to management company after one night there and they moved me to a unit on Juaquin Road (listing #4214000, which I do recommend). Management company was helpful. This unit is dark, dingy, musty (except for the kitchen). All flooring should have been replaced a decade ago. Mildew above the shower head. Floor of tub is uneven from side to side. Paneling next to tv has a water stain, which makes me think there could be mold. Deferred maintenance issues everywhere I look. Kitchen is pretty nice, but the cabinets have a poor paint job and there are cracks on the outside of the microwave. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Overall, I felt dirty just being there. Reminds me of living in a frat house. Not up to par for a nice resort area. I am in my sixties and haven't stayed in a place this bade for over 20 years.
The property tells of 6 kitchen chairs for the whole family. However there was only 5 forks in the drawer. So I had to constantly hand wash. The garbage disposal didnât work upon arrival however they were prompt in responding and repair. There was no firewood provided with the cabin which sucks because itâs not something you would think to check and it meant another trip to the grocery store to buy firewood.
Itâs a basic cabin I believe they advertised a dvd player. There wasnât one. Their was a CD player
