I arrived at the Hilton Hotel on April 14, but the front desk staff was confused about my reservation. After some miscommunication, a staff member informed me that my booked room was for handicapped guests. Despite my request to change the reservation and offer to pay the difference, the employee was unhelpful and rude, insisting I contact the booking agency.
After waiting for a while, the receptionist finally agreed to honor my reservation at the same price and provided me with a different room, which had a nice view.
However, the hotel had significant issues: the parking was inadequate, requiring guests to navigate inconvenient stairs from an under-bridge lot, and the valet service was unhelpful. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing, lacking freshness and organization.
On a positive note, the hotel offered a beautiful view of Bahrain Bay and was conveniently connected to the Avenues Mall.
