I couldn’t even get in my room and the entrance had dried throw-up on the carpet. People are smoking weed at the entrance. Front desk doesn’t know how to make room keys. Unsay won’t be using Hotels.com again.

Pool was not open. No eggs or waffles at breakfast, just toast muffins, cereal and yogurt. The staff was wonderful tho!!! I had a situation and they helped me out a lot. I had 5 dogs little ones but 5 and they let me stay. I can't thank the manager enough.

Dirty pillows on one bed, this site said pool was opened and it wasn’t, dryer ate my money which one member of staff refunded me. However the last morning of our stay my husband needed to shower and we didn’t have any towels so I went to ask for some and was verbally accosted by two staff members one whom said she was upper management. It was so bad my husband called the police. Will be contacting wyndyham for a refund or comped stay at a different location. Our kids couldn’t eat their crappy breakfast, and we couldn’t complete our stay in peace not to mention we all have anxiety now about going anywhere and staying for fear of being accosted by hotel staff.

There was a sign at the front desk that said the indoor pool was closed. That was disappointing.

Upon walking through the hotel you see where the fire marshals have closed multiple rooms due to hazard as well as when we arrived there was no notice on the hotel lobby door, but upon leaving there was a big yellow sign that says Fire Watch by the order of the fire marshal that the sprinkler system inside the hotel doesnt work and therefore is a fire hazard. How does expedia not vet their hotels enough, as well as how is a hotel allowed to continue to operate with such fire hazards? Definitely will not be back as they seem to not care for the safety of their guests.
