Cant wait to return

Hotel is lovely the staff are amazing cant thank everyone enough. Only negative i have is theres no plates or anything to cook with in the room just an empty kitchen. An the pool area could do with a little clean. Other than that it was really good. Close to the shops an bars. The bus comes right outside the hotel an tbe food is lovely. Drinks are a reasonable price so was the food. Staff are always happy to help you 😊 felt like a home from home

An amaIng hotel friendly staff willing to help mert an serbay are amazing. The room is clean spacious an with everything you need! The hotel is close to side mall walking distance. Generally a really good hotel cant wait to return :)

My experience at the Ramses Spa and Resort Hotel was nothing very good. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, even fixed the air con (it was working, just it was not straightforward to put it on). My room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay, including a comfortable bed.

Es wurde extra eine Suite gebucht,da auf den Fotos eine Badewanne abgebildet war. Das Hotel bietet aber keine Zimmer mit Badewanne. Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig, eine Toilette funktionierte nicht, 1/4 Rolle Klopapier für zwei Badezimmer. Einrichtung ist modern,aber teilweise schon abgenutzt,bspw. Löcher in der Couch.

MIRA PALACE'te kalmaktan büyük bir zevk aldım ve şunu söylemeliyim ki, konaklamam harikaydı! Bu oteli her açıdan olağanüstü bulduğum için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. İş seyahati yapanlar için olduğu kadar, sessiz ve sakin bir ortamın keyfini çıkarmak isteyen çiftler için de uygun bir seçenektir. Konum: Otel, Evrenseki Manavgat'ın rahat ve sakin bir ortamında bulunuyor, plaja yaklaşık 1 km mesafededir. Ayrıca, MIRA PALACE, günde iki kez doğrudan sadece 2 dakika uzaklıkta olan Q-Beach'e giden mükemmel bir servis sunmaktadır. Manzara burada nefes kesicidir ve plaj temiz ve bakımlıdır. Ücretsiz otopark imkanı da mevcuttur. Odalar: MIRA PALACE'deki odalar geniş, modern ve son derece konforludur. İlk andan itibaren evimde gibi hissettim. Yataklar özellikle rahat ve dinlendirici bir uyku sağlıyor. Hizmet: Oteldeki hizmet birinci sınıftır. Personel son derece nazik, dikkatli ve her zaman tüm istekleri yerine getirmeye hazırdır. Özellikle, Spa bölümünde Monika'nın sunduğu mükemmel hizmeti vurgulamak istiyorum, son derece profesyonel ve dostça davrandı. Ayrıca, otel müdürü olan Tansu Bey, son derece nazikti ve konaklamamı daha da keyifli hale getirdi. Onlar konaklamamı gerçekten unutulmaz kıldılar. Bu tür kişisel hizmet gerçekten takdire şayandır!

Komme gerne wieder

Ich bin auf das Mira Palace Spa und Beauty Center bei einem vorigem Aufenthalt aufmerksam geworden und es hat mir so gut gefallen, dass ich eine Woche in dem Hotel verbracht habe. Das klimatisierte Doppelzimmer ist geräumig mit TV, Kühlschrank, Terrasse, gemütichem Bett, genügend Stauraum und eine große Dusche befindet sich im Badezimmer. Frühstück ist sehr gut und ausreichend. Das Personal hilft bei allem schnell und effektiv weiter. Besonders ist für mich jeder Besuch im Spa-Bereich gewesen. Sauna, Dampfbad, Hammam und 90 minütige Massagen bei Eşref waren für mich Tagesprogramm. Die Betreuung im Spa durch Monika ist sehr familiär und lädt zum verweilen ein. Ich komme bestimmt wieder und möchte mich beim ganzen Team herzlich bedanken

Also wir waren 4 Nächte dort und haben sogar um eine Nacht verlängert das mal vorab . Das Apartment Hotel macht einen ersten guten Eindruck . Leider ist das Personal sehr unmotiviert, sitzt nur am Handy und schaut nicht nach links oder rechts . Geschweige denn läuft mal einer am Pool vorbei und sammelt den Müll ein vom Vortag . Rausgerissen hat es der Chef und der Barkeeper die wirklich alles gegeben haben das unsere Wünsche erfüllt wurden! Ich hoffe für den Chef , das er seine restliche Mannschaft noch dazu bringt - sich mehr einzubringen weil es schade um das Haus ist ! Das Essen war Ok , ein Tip , das Personal sollte mehr aufklären was man alles bekommen kann . Danke an den Inhaber und den tollen Barkeeper ( für die 2 gibt es 10 Punkte !)

Es war mal mein Lieblingsappartment. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt wirklich in Ordnung, dadurch das ich schon öfter dort war kann & muss ich sagen: der Service beim alten Eigentümer war besser. Die Sauberkeit am Pool lässt zu wünschen übrig und auch die Zimmerreinigung könnte öfter passieren. Ansonsten war alles super und ich denke auch, ich würde das Appartement dennoch nochmal buchen.

Dritter und letzter Aufenthalt

Das Bett war schrecklich unangenehmen. Bei 5 Nächten Aufenthalt wurde nicht einmal gereinigt obwohl wir 2 mal darum gebeten hatten. Das Personal außer eine sehr nette kirgisische Dame verstehen nichts von Service. Das junge Mädchen an der Rezeption interessiert sich wohl mehr für Männer und ihr Handy statt für ihre Arbeit. Das Personal sitzt immer zusammen, vor allem abends/nachts hat das Personal viel Besuch mit welchem sie dann gerne zusammen sitzen und Spaß haben. Stromausfall einen ganzen Tag lang und im Dachgeschoss ohne Klima nicht ertragbar. Großes Loch im Bad in der Wand nach draußen, nicht abgedeckt etc. Das Gitter stand einfach auf dem Boden. Benutzte Handtücher im Schrank. Wir haben das Hotel zum dritten und nun letztem Mal besucht.
