Disappointing quality for a Novotel

Room carpet and curtains were dusty an didn’t give a clean appearance. Very outdated facilities, such as bathroom and separate WC. The usb charging plug did not work. Very limited breakfast options for gluten and lactose intolerance. No Lactose free yoghurt, for example.

I travel from Malta to Manchester frequently, and I always choose the Novotel Manchester Centre for my accommodation. It is centrally located, the room rates per night are very reasonable, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are always clean and tidy. Breakfast is also good and includes a lot of items. Highly recommended for those traveling with family, especially children.
