1) The staff at the reception were very nice. 2) The train tracks were so close to our room, and yet you could not hear the trains passing by. The window insulation was so good. I couldn't even hear the planes as they flew. What I didn't like was that the bed was on wheels, and it kept sliding away from the headboard whenever I moved. That wasn't very pleasant.

Everything was fine apart from difficulty accessing from the station as hotel as the crow flies is about 300 yards from the station exit but to actually walk there is a convoluted obstacle course. I would have given 5 stars if the pedestrian route was easier.

Staff were courteous especially the breakfast dining room staff. Unfortunately the bathroom was very tired with the basin enamel badly chipped and mould in the grout on the lower tiles around the bath. The bathroom would definitely benefit from some TLC.

Everything went well and hotel and staff and shuttle were perfect. No other restaurants around so you are pretty much limited to their restaurant (or one at the hotel next door), but it was very adequate for a one night stay. Great value for the money compared to a lot of the surrounding "name brands". I would stay there again.

Checking in was slow…. And room service took more than an hour when they said 30 mins. Shuttle bus to airport was delayed and was very crowded. There was only one bus. Thankfully we made it for our flight.

Room was great, spotless, tv didn’t work but wasn’t a problem as we spent the evening in the bar. We had a nice meal but drinks are on the expensive side. We took advantage of the shuttle service from the train station on arrival and then again next morning to the terminal for our flight. Second time we’ve stayed here and will do so again.

Everything great except delayed shuttle buses. Although the accident ar terminal 2 was not the hotel's fault, no extra transoort was laid on and no communication to update guests so we had to order two Ubers.

The hotel was clean comfortable and quiet. Staff were polite and helpful breakfast was lovely,and the free bus to the airport was great saved on taxi fares door to door service. I would definitely use this hotel again.
