Didn’t have breakfast due to early flight . Bar food the night before was great as was our waitress full marks to her . The room allocated was very tired would have preferred one in the newer part. Ask for room with shower not bath

Got to train station, rang the clayton within 10 mins a courtesy bus arrived to pick us up, really nice guys who showed us when we got there how to check in. Nice room, very clean, only thing was people above us were very noisy, moving chairs around it dounded like but that wasnt the hotels fault, said we could have been offered an upgrade which we didnt get, also supposed to be 20% off food but we didnt have any as it was lateish when we got there.

Bathroom door broken at bottom. To didn’t work .Heating didn’t work. Had to be transferred to another room but heating still didn’t work so were given an electric heater. However staff were great. Feel sorry for them working in such a neglected hotel.

Very convenient. Lovely breakfast. The courtesy bus was great to collect us from the airport. Please bear in mind that if you are taking the courtesy bus to the airport , we were overwhelmed by the amount of time it took to get back to the airport in the morning as the traffic was very heavy- allow an extra 30-60 mins to get to the airport!

We ate in the restaurant and though the meal was satisfactory it was cold. Not something I expect after I have paid good money to eat. There were 4 of us who dined and every meal was cold. Very disappointed.

Just an overnight stay for an early flight next morning. The room was clean and in really good condition. The bathroom was fine but the sink waste could use a clean/deodorise. The staff are always nice and the free shuttle to the terminals gets me to return every time.

The hotel was good with excellent efficient transport to airport and train station. My only negative is that the self service card check in resulted in us having no information about meals, checkout times, transport times Wi-Fi etc, I feel this needs to be addressed for future bookings

The room was clean however we had upgraded to a junior suite. A little disappointed with this room. You have a tv with cables hanging out (assuming a sky box missing) and no remote for the tv. There was NO heating which wasn't comfortable in January. Was offered an electric radiator of which it only warmed a small area of the suite but still expected to pay for the upgrade :( However the shuttle bus staff are very helpful and friendly and so was the reception staff too

The highlight of our stay was our serve in the restaurant, Liam H. The room was average but served its purpose (safe didn't work). In the wing we were in there were two lifts, one of them did not work properly as it the 4th floor button didn't work. Shuttle bus back to the airport was a push and shove affair as they don't reserve shuttles anymore, so we ended up walking to T1 which thankfully was not far.
