Banging noises pretty much all of the time. Sounded like someone falling down. Maybe was the Ice machine. I don't know, but didn't get much sleep. Will never stay there again.

Comfort Inn Concord, NH

The hotel is going through a significant renovation. It would have been nice to know that in advance. The workers took up all the parking spaces and filled the breakfast room every morning. The pool was closed and the soda machines credit card interface did not work on any machine. Has I known this was the case I would not have booked the hotel.

Place was nice , the pool was under renovation so we could not use that . Which the details did mention that ahead of time which was helpful. The staff was very nice , no complaints there The room could have been more cleaner … the stains and the smell upon entering . But it wasn’t the worst I have seen . The breakfast! Amazing . Many options ! They switch it up each morning which is pretty cool ! Can make your own pancakes, waffles too ! Juice options, milk coffee, all that .

The staff were excellent. The property is outdated. The head of my bed was lower than my feet. Maintenance came up to fix bathroom door that wouldn’t close all the way and said they’d fix bed, but it was the same on the second night. Coffee was horrible and breakfast had few healthy options, so we went out. We won’t come back.

From the moment I walked in a Girl I for got my name but manager knows after I complained 3 times about her rudeness and disrespectful and poor customer interaction. I would like a call back from hotel owner. She was hiding almost when I walked in talking on the phone and as soon as she saw me she went around the corner to the back and I had to yell hello and she was so irritated and she had some risky loss prevention behavior. Solo vacation.

The only things wrong with my room were a hole in the ceiling, above the shower head and mold around the bottom of the shower doors. Other than that, it was all good!! Will i stay here again??? Yes, the staff are nice and friendly.

The staff were great. The condition of the property has gone down since last time. Pool, hot tub and exercise room were closed. The room was clean but looked a little shabby. We spent the rest of our time 8 more days at a different hotel. 😕
