Hotel was overall.good. The furniture in desperate need of revamp the sofa bed was terrble beds very uncomfortable. Food was good and the staff are lovely and helpful.

Perfect for an overnight stay. There were 3 of us in the room. Both beds made up but for some reason only 2 cups etc. requested further but ended up have to go and get our own from reception.

VERY POIR QUALITIES

The bed in room 511 was not fit for the waste/rubbish bin. We were scared that the bed was going to fall apart. When i sat on my side of the bed, it "tilted" my wife towards me. It almost felt like a waterbed, we thought it was going to fall apart. We eventually put the mattress on the floor, so that we could get a better night sleep. We should get back a full refund for this stay.

We were given a room and found there was someone in bed in that room. The Basin plug was jammed closed but did drain very slowly. The shower was size was freat but the water pressure not so. The staff wete friendly and helpful.

Fine budget option for staying relatively close to the city center. Very walkable from here, easy access to public transport options as well. The staff was able to hold my bags for ~6 hours before check in and ~3 hours after check out without issue, which was very convenient.

Our initial room was frozen.the bed was cold and damp.staff provided us with a heater that didn't work, ee waited and then got another heater that worked, but it was insufficient. Changed rooms and my ipad charger disappeared, not foundby any one Have made a complaint, but nobody has got back to me.
