Fantastic hotel in central Manchester - 2 minute walk to the metro. Lots of great bars and restaurants in walking distance. Hotel room was clean and spacious with comfy bed and electric blackout blind. Lovely swimming pool which guests can pre book for a one hour slot.

The spa is limited to only 60 minutes per session and then you’re told to leave even though the room cost over £300 on a Saturday night for a standard room we had a dirty bed and also the lift was out of order so there was up to 10 people inside a small elevator The breakfast was average at best and the hairdryer kept turning on at random points at the night which is extremely dangerous! Paid cash and it took them 3 hours to give me my change!

Lovely stay with an upgrade after asking for it, unfortunately no complimentary bottle of wine received due to being a Gold member, apart from that, excellent in all areas. Breakfast and service was great. Close to Shopping, restaurants, sightseeing and public transport.
