Room is spacious and clean, great location and the spa is perfect during the winter months. However my partner ordered single shot spirit mixers at the bar, received two doubles and was charged for doubles. Unfortunate but everything else was on point.

Room wasn't 5 star. Service wasnt the best. Especially at check in where they didn't say anything to me about the hotel amenities. Came off lazy if it wasn't for the spa I probably rate this down to a 3 star.

After check in I been ask I I want to pa deposit for any thing I would spend , I paid that and I found that in my room wasn’t not even water in fridge . Bed very uncomfortable and shower not ideal for a 5* hotel .

What an amazing hotel, We will definitely be back. The staff were so attentive and friendly and the room was beautiful, we chose a city view and we were not disappointed. It was stunning.

Stayed for my girlfriend’s birthday everything was alright until it was time for bed, they put us on the top floor claiming it was a really good room. The room was like a sauna! Me and my partner did not sleep at all! There was 0 ventilation, no windows to open and the air con was just giving off warm air, even when we turned it off or turned down the room was incredibly warm. We both felt like we couldn’t breathe. We was on the verge of going down the front desk at 5 am to change rooms but was too tired and worn out at this point. We ended up missing our breakfast as we was trying our best to actually get a tiny bit of sleep. Considering how much this room cost and it was for my girlfriends birthday (which I informed the hotel about thinking they’d maybe leave a note or at least acknowledge it but they didn’t) I’m very disappointed with our stay and when we told the lady at desk in the morning she just gave us a card for the manager and said to email him and that we’d get a discounted next stay as if we’d want to go through a night like that again. I’ve honestly never wrote a review before but felt like I had to.

Hotel and room was lovely, although room was not ready until 4pm so free drinks were offered. Fire alarm going off at 3am then stopped.. and the ln que for breakfast was insane as not enough tables. Breakfast no bowls, had to track down a waiter for a cup of tea, then check out got our room wrong and tried to proceed to check out another persons room.
