Our agriturismo is located in the municipality of Manciano (Province of Grosseto) in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. It is situated in the open countryside within an organic farm, my family and I live in the agriturismo. It is 1 km from the provincial road and can be reached by a dirt road. It has 4 bedrooms and 1 flat, and is completely surrounded by the countryside, guaranteeing relaxation and tranquillity. The village of Manciano is only 10 km away (10 minutes by car).The Cerato flat is on the first floor, open-space room on two levels, upstairs sleeping area with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, in the living area kitchen with double sofa bed and private bathroom and large terrace with veranda, table with chairs and clothesline All double-glazed windows are fitted with mosquito nets and wooden shutters. The kitchen is equipped with crockery, sink, oven, coffee machine with pods, kettle, fridge, TV present, air conditioning, ceiling fan, underfloor heating. The bathroom is equipped with shower, complete sanitary facilities, courtesy kit and linen, hairdryer.

The Agriturismo is on 2 levels, first floor and ground floor. The ground floor is divided between the Agriturismo and the Manor House. We find the breakfast room and reception, the Gorse Room (triple) and the Star of Betlemm Room (quadruple). On the first floor we have 3 rooms divided as follows: Water Violet Room (double bed), Gentian Room (double bed) and Apartment Cerato (5 beds). All accommodation is equipped with wardrobe, bedside tables, desk, chair, double-glazed windows, mosquito nets, wooden shutters, air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, kettle, wireless internet, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, courtesy kit, bed and bathroom linen, 24-hour underfloor heating. The Cerato flat also has a large terrace with veranda, table for 6 with chairs and clothesline. The farmhouse is self-sufficient in the production of hot water thanks to solar panels and in the production of electricity being equipped with a photovoltaic system. In addition, a beautiful thermo-fireplace allows the entire underfloor heating system to function.
