In this rustic villa with an ancient Italian flavour I was able to have exclusive access to the Lake directly on the beach of Romantica, one of the most beautiful and unspoilt beaches of Manerba. The villa has maintained its rural characteristics, it is suitable for those who love relaxation and nature, do not expect a modern house but a welcoming and rustic environment.



Every detail is designed to give you an unforgettable stay: three double bedrooms, two of which overlook the lake directly, offer comfort, privacy and a breathtaking view.

Two bathrooms with shower, one of which is in the basement with a washing machine, guarantee all the space and convenience you need, even for extended stays.

The spacious and bright living area, with typical Italian style, welcomes your moments of relaxation, and the large glass door offers a continuous view of the garden and the lake.

The kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher and separate from the rest of the living area, is perfect for those who love cooking even on holiday.

The heart of the house is the large external portico: furnished, spacious, overlooking a garden with direct access to the beach. A magical place where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning, relax at sunset or dine under the stars, immersed in the natural beauty of the most prestigious area of Lake Garda.
