Location is great, close to lake, shops and restaurants. Breakfast in the hotel is great, plenty of choices. The waiter, Sam is very helpful and always smiling. Hotel receptionist, Mia was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Hotel room is very clean.

My most favourite stay during my entire vacation. The room itself was compact and very clean, house keeping staff were always on time and thorough. But the front desk staff is what made it so special. Extremely friendly and eager to help, they shared some great insights and suggestions which made my trip so smooth. The location was also very convenient as it's in the heart of the Old Quarter so I could walk to a few places quite easily. Definitely will stay in Indochine Premium Hotel again if I come back to Hanoi.

Everything and everyone! Clean, super comfortable, GREAT buffet breakfast and outstanding staff. No road noise from our room. Unsure how to brief this hotel and the staff. We had 3 stays/rooms at the hotel as a base to ping out to other surrounding areas (Ninh Binh and Ha Long) for several days before returning each time after. Each one was equally beautiful. I don’t think we would even contemplate finding another place to stay in Hanoi! Not our usual type of choice (we tend to go more basic and no frills) but fancied a treat of soft, white pillows and sheets for initially a few nights. Well, we were treated with more than just comfort. The staff are just beautiful in every way. Have to give a huge shout out to, Mia - who really does! Never wavers with her fun, enthusiastic and natural ability to deliver an outstanding, interpersonal interaction I have ever come across. And I have been in SE Asia for 5 months. Thank you Mia for being my phone’s guardian angel several times! And for everything you helped us with while in Hanoi. Not to forget the other staff; Angela, Cindy, Felix, Andrew and Giang who without fail, always welcomed with a huge smile and chats! - thanks for the morning chats over breakfast and Paul too for your beautiful smile and calming nature during service. To the housekeeping team - beautiful people we had so much fun trying to communicate with via translator or hand signals! All of the staff are so polite and helpful, they can't do enough for you. Beds are very comfortable and have high quality linen. The bathrooms are exceptionally clean and well equipped. Breakfast has a vast variety of continental and Vietnamese choices. The location is just around the corner from the lake. All of my tours were planned through their tour manager Mia, who is courteous and willing to change anything at any time. I organised everything before I arrived by sending a message through Expedia.com, when I arrived I wanted to change part of the tour in Sa Pa and it was no trouble whatsoever.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped. The staff Tim & Kim were friendly and very helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Great location in the Old Quarter where it is closed off to cars and it's only a short walk to the lake, restaurants and markets and also not too far in a taxi to Train Street. Breakfast was great with a large variety of fresh fruit and cooked food to choose from. The room was high standard, and the beds were so comfortable.

Mia/ Candy/Tom and Bee. Staff..staff & staff that makes this property VERY UNIQUE. These people specially Mia and the Candy staff are unbelievably great. They made our 1 night stay one of most memorable. Advice, help with Halong bay taxi booking, storage and conversations. I can't explain our ecstasy and can't comprehend what can we do make this staff which is a great reward for them being them.
