Hotel is in subpar condition and lacks maintenance and needs updating. The price gouging is unbelievable. $400 per night for a hole in the wall hotel is absolutely outrageous in Kansas. Will never stay again nor do I recommend anyone else does.

Ac unit on but not producing cold air, room smell horrible and killed 8 roaches. Very difficult to sleep. Two nights for $800. This is not ok and will be reported My first bad review ever! Breakfast biskits were amazing and front staff very nice. However I do not recommend staying at roach motel. I tipped the nice room assistant and apologized for the 8 roaches killed and two are on the loose

Overnight in Manhattan

We are just stopping here overnight on our cross country trip. Our room was comfy, but the room itself was was tired, dark, and dated, kind of stuck in the ‘80s. The hallways were the same way. I was told by the check out staff that the interior of the hotel is slated for a complete renovation of the interior. That is a good thing, because I don’t see the current status as attracting repeat visitors.

The best thing about this property was the desk agent. He was kind and helpful. Room was clean and well equipped. The bathroom sported and older round toilet which is ok but not great.
