The property is located on the corner of College and Kimball. This is a perfect location for any KSU event. Parking passes are provided for your stay!

You will only be a short distance from Via Christie Hospital, NBAF, Aggieville and downtown.

Available for month to month rental as well.

Please leave all parking passes by the island. Please note, there will be a fine for any parking passes that are missing.

Had a fabulous stay! Condo was great, such a good location for game day. Justin and Aimee were super responsive and easy to work with. We were 4 couples and we are already planning our stay there next fall!!
We tailgated right outside the condo.
