The closet in my room or something smelled like vomit when I came in. Some flies and bugs were in my room too. The tv search history needs to be cleared before my arrival because I saw some x rated stuff when I opened it up

Quick Phils Trip

Good location; variety of breakfast options; friendly staff; Room is decent size with small kitchen. Just make sure upon check in the bed size in your assigned room. We were first assigned to a one queen bed room for a family of 4 which would never work; the front desk staff was able to fix it and transferred us to a 2 queen bed room; though space was limited but everyone got to get a good sleep. I would consider this hotel again in the future.

This is my fourth stay in this hotel and would come back again. Would be nice if they have a recycle bin receptacles. Every stay I had to ask housekeeping to leave extra toilet paper in the room. Restaurant staff still need more practice. On my check out, it took 40 minutes to prepare my take out meals, my flight date. But every service you received comes with a smile. Very helpful staff, concierge, bell boy and even the guard at the door. Hotel is convenient to all you need. Some place are walking distance. Good hotel for the right price!

This place is perfect in every aspect: location, cost, cleanliness, amenities, customer service. The rooms are modern with adequate space. Decent restaurant next to lobby, convenience store a few steps away, giant mall a 5 minute walk away. Nearby Makati hotspots. Highly recommend!
