The place was perfect for our quick overnight trip to go fishing. The only complaint I have is the foam mattress toppers, they are like sleeping in a marshmellow! And it wasn't just me the other three guys in my party said the same thing.
A darling place! Clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. It was a nice location. Walking distance to a lot of business's.
This place was laid-out nicely and for a Fishing HQ, it more than served the purpose. Nice stop and would do it again anytime.Slow Coffee Maker...good when finished, though!
Felt very clean and spacious. Updated smart tvs, modern, new furniture and clean mattresses. We played catch and football in the yard and used the patio to eat. The only negatives were in the kitchen. No disposal and every time we used the oven, the smoke alarm went off. Overall a wonderful, comfortable place right next to the local market. Bonus we had a cute mom and her two fawns in the backyards.
We had a wonderful stay in this cozy Manilla Home. Check in was a breeze and the owner was very responsive with any questions sent her way. The house was stocked with everything we needed and it was close to stores and restaurants. Great place to stay with ample parking. Proximity is close to the gorge for boating and fishing!
We like to boat at Flaming Gorge every year and this place was amazing for our trip. It had plenty of space to relax, parking outside for the boat, the amenities were exactly what we needed, and the location was perfect. Our host was super responsive. We will be back.
Awesome spot and we are planning our return trip next year! Weekend trip with family and friendsâperfect location: clean, inviting, quiet, cozy, and accessible. Within walking distance to the fairgrounds and park.
Our Host Kattie was super accommodating, quick to respond to questions and even allowed us to check in early.A friend and I were traveling from Wyoming to Colorado and this felt like a good stopping point to explore Flaming Gorge. It is!The house is spotless and has all the necessary supplies for a comfortable stay. Having a washer/dryer was super handy, having traveled for over a week and hiked some great trails. Be sure to check out the Flaming Gorge Brewing Company about 1-1/2 miles down the road. Friendly folk.
This property has good accommodations everything thing was operational (the grill could use maintenance). We prefer cooking our own meals, and the kitchen had useful assets. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay! We will do it again!
Thanks, John B.
We came to Flaming Gorge for a quick weekend trip. The house was perfect, and our kids loved it. It was nice to be able to come home from swimming and have access to laundry and a kitchen to make dinner. The listing shows a 4-seat dining table, but there was only a smaller two seat table when we arrived. No worries, as we were able to make due for our family of 5, but the owner may want to update pictures for the kitchen. The beds were super comfortable, and the kids loved having toys available. We would definitely recommend the house and would stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean, convenient, and well priced. If there was one thing that surprised us it was that the house is listed for 6+ people and the kitchen table only sat two. We made it work for us so it wasn't too bad. Maybe a bartop with stools along the wall? Anyway, we had a great stay and would stay at this property again.
The house was older but well kept, the only negative was how much i was expected to do before check-out. I paid a cleaning fee but had to strip the beds, do the dishes (no dishwasher) dry and put them away. Empty all the waste baskets and take them to the dumpster, gather the towels and take them to the laundry room. I always leave a place in good shape but felt this was a bit much.
