Not happy

Problem checking in even after having reservation and instructions from the host.No Wi-Fi after two days and for the duration of my stay (10 days).Not able to get in touch with host. Front desk no help with issues. Bed extremely uncomfortable.
Stayed 10 nights in Jan 2024
