Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet got good selection cuisine. Staff some were courteous and kind others are not maybe depends on who they are talking to (selective). Got problems with checking out I had to carry all 3 luggages all by myself I've called for help but nobody did. Also had problem with 3rd party booking when I have had overlooked my flight itinerary and I overbooked my hotel stay they said my unused night cannot be refunded my first time ever experienced this booking on expedia I was really disappointed hoping nobody will experience this ever.
