I recently stayed at Hotel101 FORT and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The hotel offers excellent value for money, especially for travellers looking for clean, modern, and conveniently located accommodation in Bonifacio Global City (BGC). Room: The room was compact but thoughtfully designed — it had everything I needed: a comfortable bed, a mini kitchen with a microwave, and a spacious bathroom. The air conditioning worked well, and the space was very clean upon check-in. The large windows let in a lot of natural light, which made the room feel more open and inviting. Facilities: The pool was a nice bonus — perfect for a quick dip to cool off. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi which was reliable throughout my stay. Service: The staff were friendly, accommodating, and responsive to requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Probably the most excellent part of my stay. Everyone was always willing to help! Location: Fantastic location — close to restaurants, shops, and a short ride to the heart of BGC. It’s very accessible and a good base for both business and leisure.

Good hotel but terrible lifts and no AC in lobby

My stay here is always pleasant but my only gripe is the fact that the lifts are a problem. They take so long to arrive amd there needs to be a more convenient operating system adopted which will allow for guests to have easier and quicker access. A major other gripe is the fact that the air consitiojing in the lobby has never worked for such a long period of time based on the amount of times i have stayed here. They make the guests suffer while havig to either check in or while waiting for whatever reason in the lobby. The owner needs to fix this and think about his guests comfort instead of trying to save a penny.

By far the worse hotel in Manila I’ve stayed in, toilet was so sickening couldn’t even walk barefoot in the shower or anywhere in the room at all. Lobby has no air conditioner, full of flies and very hot. Avoid this place at all cost.

Nothing fancy, decent stay but the elevators take forever and service different levels making it complicated when it’s busy. Even when empty, the only elevator opening for us was the one not serving our floor so we were stuck. Check out process is horrible waiting for housekeeping to check the room we had to wait 30 minutes but were told it would only be 5 minutes. A big hotel like this needs trust in their guests.

Location is Near the malls as well as so many different restaurants, and food chains to choose from when malls are still open ,beautiful views .and it's affordable price than nearby hotels . Walking distance to BGC and nearby supermarket. Only drawbacks is the air-condition in the lobby and elevators doesn't work properly. But the rooms are clean and the Air con works really good.

There ware trash bins for organics and paper, plastics, and others but we were told we couldn’t bring food to the pool. There were only chairs at the pool. No tables. Area was very slippery because of the smooth tiles. The Lobby was HOT. No ac in the lobby. The room was clean but really small. Not ideal for a family stay.
