The Kingsford hotel was clean, modern and well-kept. The location was perfect, only a few kilometers from the airport in a more peaceful and quiet area of Manila Bay. But this may change as there currently are massive amounts of construction ongoing near the hotel. We liked the pool area and bar. However, the cocktails were served overly sweet. We had a suite on the upper floor with a view. We were able to access all modes of transportation with no problem. We found all the hotel staff to be very welcoming and friendly. All were eager to help and assist with anything you needed. My only complaint is that when ordering food, a la carte from their restaurant, our dishes were not served hot. Most of our meals with the exception of the breakfast buffet arrived at our table lukewarm!

best location super quiet area and tge free airprt shuttle , the driver provided best service. the only concern is we bought mango and went to your restaurant and asked a favour if they can peel it for us and it was a NO i dont think that is a good customer service. And hopping there is free shuttle on the location area that can bring guests from hotel to another hotel or mall within the aseane drive thank you.

We had to make a last minute reservation. By the time we arrived within an hour or two, the hotel was ready for out check-in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and felt very safe. It’s located in a quiet area not too far from the airport, so we were able to sleep well during our layover.

Wonderful beautiful hotel, the staff was excellent and polite. Our room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the city and ocean. They help you order grab cars from the front desk which was very helpful. Drivers went through security before driving onto the front lobby driveway and it was always easy for them to find the hotel. I will most definitely be staying here again in the future.
