We stayed at the Savoy Manila hotel for 6 days in January 2026. We were very pleased with our stay there. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and assisted by the friendly staff. The room was immaculately clean and well appointed. There is bottled water and an in-room safe and the air conditioning worked great. The bed was newer and a little soft for me but still comfortable, the bathroom includes all the amenities including a hair dryer. Housekeeping is excellent! A special thanks to Josh, who assisted us upon arrival and took time to take us to exchange money at a nearby casino. The restaurant serves great food for any meal but the breakfast buffet was the best! Many choices for the diverse clientele staying here. If eating lunch, try their custom ice tea, Klinton can make up almost any flavor you want. We want to give a special shout out to the entire concierge staff, especially Jam, who provided for and made arrangements for our tours in Manila and was helpful in so many ways during our stay. From beginning to end, our stay at the Savoy was very pleasant and we would stay there again next time we’re in Manila

Overall a nice hotel in a great location. There was a bit of a musty or odd chemical smell upstairs, but I think that might have just been the cleaning products they use. The hotel was clean and service was good.

The Staff stood out for their amazing customer service. We arrived on time in NAIA Manila but there was a long and crowded line for customs to check us thru and one of Savoy Hotel Manila Team waited for more than one hour for us and kept the hotel updated as we requested a pick up from the airport. The front desk personnel checked us in right away and even reserved us another drop off transport as we have to leave early to the airport for another flight out to El Nido, Palawan. The room was clean although the space was a little small - it served it's purpose for a quick respite after a long flight.
