I booked last minute for a 2 day trip. The room was clean, the tub in the bathroom was not. What stood out for me was the courtesy and profesionalism of the staff. They go above and beyond to make sure your every need is met. Good location amd also offers a free shuttle to the Mall of Asia.

Great staff, room needs some repairs, nice big king bed. Hot water not a problem, shower had hot water quickly. Overall, for what I paid for the room, great deal. Breakfast was nice. Huge variety of foods. Amazing cheese platters, Stale baguettes, maybe fresh a few days before. Omelette station big plus. Garden salad and fresh fruit. Surrounding area is noisy but close to most major destinations in Manila. You can not hear traffic from room.

The he place is in of and shows its age. If you want to stay in a room that’s not outdated and broken down you have to pay extra. We were only there for an overnight so didn’t upgrade but they should not charge you extra to stay in a decent room. Will have to find a new place to stay at after this trip for sure. Breakfast has always been a highlight but the food was cold and tasteless this trip.
