"Hier ist man nicht bereit auf Kulanz etwas zu regeln.
Es kam zu einer Doppelbuchung meinerseits.
Statt mir zwei Nächte wie gewünscht zu belasten hat man einfach 4 abgerechnet . Ich war nur zwei Tage vor Ort €1.070 für zwei Nächte. Was für eine Abzocke.
Auch wenn man formal Recht hat ist es nicht immer richtig.
Schlechtes Management - mehr fällt mir nicht ein."
