The servers went down. We arrived at 10.25pm tired after walking from airport as was told at 9.55pm the shuttle had already finished. We couldn’t check in until 12.50am!! They didn’t offer us any compensation but agreed to give us a free breakfast when I asked which was very nice

The gals at the front desk were very kind and helpful.It is a basic hotel, but clean and very nicely priced breakfast.There is not much to see near the hotel, but the metro is a 10 minute walk.Airport is close by.My only issue was pickup from the airport, which could be improved with better directions and a clearly marked hotel car.My driver was unable to pay for parking, so we ended up tail gaiting another which i found to be a bit sketchy.

Close to the airport. Great reception staff and bar food was good enough. The air conditioning wasn’t working in April. It was too hot to sleep and too noisy to open the window, so not a great nights sleep.

The room was nice and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only issue we had was the airport shuttle was not working. The staff made arrangements for alternative transportation. The food was good. We only went to the snack bar area.
