I’m really surprised how good the reviews were on this hotel after visiting it. I don’t need fancy, but this room was really dirty. Pieces of debris in the bathroom and on the carpet. Drips of mold or something on the bathroom wall and right behind the doorway. Like from eye level all the way, almost down to the floor, at least 10 drips. As well as juice or urine not really sure in the garbage can. It was also under construction, which I can understand and appreciate the updates seem to be in the hallway.

It was so much better than the previous owners, Super 8. This hotel was newer, accessible, and clean. The workers were helpful and friendly. Good value for the area.

There is no elevator, which is not a huge deal for me… but if you have issues with stairs, buckle up because cause there is no access to any rooms from the lobby without stairs or a maze of a handicap ramp. The lower floor smelled like weed, which is probably not the fault of the property, but…

A bit on the outskirts of Mankato. Had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Staff clearly works hard to maintain the property. Clean. Great value for a reasonable price. I would stay there again and would recommend
